I found from the series of articles that you&#039;re very knowledgeable about what a Menu Covers&#039; purpose really is.
One comment about Leather Menu Covers would be is that typically they aren&#039;t replaced very often because they can always be reconditioned.
When the Covers are new they have an aroma (nose) that is unique and very pleasent to the senses and adds to the overall ambiant experience.
Another thing to consider is that Major Credit Card Companies , Food&amp;Wine Vendors can be cajoled into providing advertising dollars to pay for the Covers as long as the Card Co. logo or name appears on it.
The typical plastic covers have to be replaced frequently (every year?) so I always ask how long does it take to equal the investment vs. the Leather version?
I think your posts should help people to &#039;cover the bases&#039; as far as the choices of Presentation pieces for the restaurant. Don&#039;t forget the Wine List &amp; Guest Check Presenters!
